Reviews and Ratings
When I arrived at the hotel, the room was spotless and very clean, which was a huge plus. The only downside was the initial smoke odor in the non-smoking room, but it quickly went away with some air circulation. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast they offered was a great start to the day. However, there were some issues with moisture in the air that took away from the overall cleanliness of the room.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and smelled nice, making them very comfortable; however, I couldn't pick up the Wi-Fi. The service was pleasant and the workers were super friendly, although seeing their truck and trailer parked in the guest unload area was a bit odd. The location worked well for us, being directly in front of the main entrance and right off of I-45 in Fairfield, Texas. The breakfast was a hit and miss with a varied selection of hot items but the quality was not consistent. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nice but had a hint of marijuana smell and some areas of wet dirty carpet. On the bright side, the rooms were clean and spacious. The service provided by the employee behind the front desk was friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The location worked well for our Thanksgiving trip, and the indoor pool was a nice touch. The dining experience was enjoyable with plenty of options, going beyond my expectations.
The hotel offers a typical La Quinta experience with comfortable rooms, but cleanliness issues were noticeable, especially with dusty surroundings and marijuana smell. Connectivity can be an issue, so requesting a room near the lobby for better Wi-Fi connection is recommended. The service was professional but lacking warmth, with some inconvenience of staff parking in guest areas. Despite these drawbacks, the location suited my needs and was a fair value for the price, making it a decent choice for a stay.
When I arrived at the hotel, I noticed a slight smoke odor in my non-smoking room, but it quickly dissipated. The room itself was very nice, clean, and fresh. The TV was decent, not too big, but did the job. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the front desk staff was quite helpful. However, the air conditioning put out cold air, and there was a faint smell of marijuana and wet dirty carpet.
Upon entering the room, I noticed a faint smoke odor, although it was designated as non-smoking, but it did eventually dissipate. The room had a musty smell which was tolerable. However, it was disappointing not to be able to pick up the wifi signal and the dustiness hinted that housekeeping might be doing the bare minimum without thorough checks.
